2011 Toyota Sienna part of new model year offerings
After a tough 2010, Toyota is looking to get off to a fast start in 2011. Toyota is set to release some exciting new car models including the 2011 Toyota Avalon and the 2011 Toyota Sienna.
The number one vehicle for families is still a minivan. Therefore, families should be very pleased to hear that Toyota has given its signature minivan, the Sienna, a complete makeover. First, Toyota added a new body shape which gives the can a sporty edge. Also, the second row seats are now able to recline. Five trim levels are available and buyers can chose front or all wheel drive. Also, the LE graded vans come with tri-zone AC, a 4-speaker AM/FM/CD stereo, an auxiliary input jack and 17 inch allow wheels. A 187-horsepower 2.7-liter 4-cylinder engine is stock and a more capable 266-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine is also available. The updated 2011 Toyota Sienna is going to start at $24,260.
The 2011 Toyota Avalon has been fully redesigned to separate itself from other mid-level luxury sedans. The new Avalon will feature a new front end with smaller and more streamlined headlights, and the rear end now has LED taillights. Under the hood now sits a 3.5-liter V6 with 286 horsepower coupled with a six-speed auto transmission. On the interior the Avalon is very spacious and comes with many luxurious touches, including wood grain trim. All new rear seats are now able to recline and come with larger and reshaped headrests. Drivers will be happy to hear that the Avalon also comes with easy-to-read Optitron gauges, and steering-wheel controls for audio, climate and info systems. Also, the Avalon is going to come stock with luxury technology, including Bluetooth hands-free calling. The new Toyota Avalon is going to start at $32,245.
